Introduction

A responsible position as deputy kitchen manager is being filled for a modern healthcare facility.

The kitchen combines needs-based catering with high culinary standards and professional organization.

We are looking for a specialist with strong leadership skills who enjoys working operationally and simultaneously takes responsibility for quality, planning, and economic efficiency.

Tasks

• You represent the kitchen management and take responsibility for the organization and management of the kitchen operations
• You actively work at various stations and ensure a constantly high quality of food
• You help shape the culinary offering and bring new ideas into menu planning and further development
• You coordinate purchasing, goods receipt, and stock management and ensure efficient use of resources
• You lead the kitchen team in daily business and ensure clear, efficient, and reliable processes
• You take on administrative tasks and support the kitchen management in planning, organization, and cost control

Profile

• You have completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ
• You bring several years of professional experience, ideally from à la carte cuisine as well as institutional catering
• You have leadership experience and combine assertiveness with a respectful leadership style
• You have further training as Diätkoch / Diätköchin or experience with different dietary forms
• You think economically, work in a structured manner, and feel confident even with administrative tasks
• You have very good German skills and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
