Your tasks ##

• Management of nightly hotel and front office activities such as the check-in and check-out of our international hotel guests
• Support and care of the guests as well as ensuring their satisfaction
• Compliance with all front office guidelines, procedures and standards
• Training, development and management of the performance of the directly subordinate employees to ensure the efficient flow of front office activities
• Responsibility for security in the house (in consultation with the security service)
• Processing of all customer complaints that occur during the night to ensure their satisfaction and proper documentation
• Day-end closing of the guest accounting system and creation of various reports

Your profile ##

• Professional experience in night shifts in a comparable hotel operation
• Completed training in the field of hospitality desirable
• Reliable and responsible personality
• Team player and host out of passion
• Excellent German and English skills in speaking and writing (additional foreign languages an advantage)
