Therefore, in order to complete our team, we are looking for, immediately or at a date to be agreed, a sous-chef (CDI at 100%) The position consists of ensuring the production, regeneration, and dispatch via hot link of approximately 500 meals per day to our communities. You will carry out these tasks with great autonomy, according to the chef's general directives, ensuring control of quantities, meal quality, respect for temperatures, and departure times. In addition, you may also be required to participate in our catering activities: production, preparation, and presence at certain events, with the possibility of managing a small team, particularly during cocktail dinners, corporate meals, weddings, or other services. Profile sought: * Mastery of spoken and written French. * CFC in cooking, solid experience in cooking and very good references. * Passionate about cooking and loving the profession. * Very autonomous and reliable, fast, organized and rigorous. * Capable of independently managing large volumes and deadlines. * Category B driving license (car).
