• Independent preparation of cold and hot dishes
• Energetic assistance in the preparation and production of fine desserts
• Fresh and appealing production of sandwiches for daily business
• Participation in the preparation and implementation of banquets as well as aperitifs.
• Active assistance in diverse menu planning.
• Competent and friendly distribution of meals to our guests.
• Consistent implementation of hygiene controls according to HACCP guidelines.
• Professional control and cleaning of kitchen equipment as well as the entire kitchen premises.
• Reliable control of stock levels and incoming goods deliveries
• Support in the administration and processing of supplier orders.

Desired Profile

• Completed training as Koch EFZ
• German at least C2 and English B1
• Professional preparation and provision of meals with modified textures
• Strong teamwork and enjoyment of collective success in everyday kitchen life
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• High stress tolerance and the ability to keep a cool head even during peak times.
• Open, clear, and target-group-oriented communication within the team
• High quality standards with great attention to detail in preparation and presentation.
