Personnel recruitment, leadership and planning
Purchasing of goods (fresh and stock products) and the monitoring of stock management including inventory according to Tertianum guidelines
Planning and design of offers including pricing
Maintenance and further development of the operational recipes
Monitoring and control of compliance with the provisions of food legislation, occupational safety as well as hygiene regulations and the TAG - HACCP – concept
Apprentice supervision

Your profile

Completed training as Dipl. Chefköchin / Chefkoch
Several years of leadership experience in system or high-end gastronomy
Very good IT skills
Driving license Cat. B
Active cooperation in the kitchen
A warm and humorous basic attitude
Enjoyment of versatile challenges
Very good German skills in spoken and written
