Job Description

In this function, you will work in a six-person kitchen brigade and take on responsibility at various stations within the kitchen. Depending on experience, you will particularly support the saucier or entremetier station and actively contribute to a smooth workflow in daily kitchen operations. You will actively contribute to the team and ensure a constantly high quality of food. You will consistently implement hygiene and safety standards. On peak days, up to 600 meals as well as apéros are produced.

Desired Profile

You have completed training as a Cook EBA or EFZ and ideally already bring some years of professional experience. Experience in contract catering is an advantage.

You work cleanly, structured, and reliably and feel comfortable in a professional kitchen environment. Teamwork, resilience, and a strong sense of quality distinguish you. Good German language skills are required.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday from 06h00 - 15h00 on average, Saturday and Sunday off.
