Head Chef M/F

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef, passionate about Chinese cuisine, capable of leading a brigade, guaranteeing consistent culinary quality and developing an offer adapted to our clientele in Switzerland.

Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent position as a head chef or kitchen manager.
Excellent mastery of Chinese cuisine and its different preparation and cooking techniques.
Proven experience in the management and supervision of a kitchen team.
Good knowledge of the hygiene and food safety rules applicable in Switzerland.
Skills in stock management, ordering, costs and work organization.
Creativity, sense of responsibility, autonomy and team spirit.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
