In nine municipalities of Leimental, we offer inpatient and outpatient care and support services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of semi-inpatient stays in the day and night center for seniors. Your activities with us: #####

• Co-responsibility for optimal, process-oriented planning and organization of the department and coordinated interdisciplinary collaboration
• Personnel management and team planning
• Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices
• Co-responsibility for the entire production process and merchandise management
• Participation in the planning of attractive offers
• Co-responsibility for budgetary control within the framework of the jointly developed budget
• Monitoring the market situation (suppliers, offers, customers and competition, etc.)
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene directives, health protection, and quality standards

• Cuisinier diététique CFC and chef cuisinier an asset
• Management experience an asset
• Team spirit, participatory and communicative
• Strong service consciousness
• Interpersonal skills and pleasure in working with elderly people
• Good written and oral knowledge of German
• IT skills (MS Office, planning tools)
