Your tasks ##

As Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you support the professional management of the entire housekeeping and, together with the Director of Housekeeping, ensure smooth daily operations at the highest level; this also includes

• Support the Director of Housekeeping in daily operations and take over the deputy role in their absence
• Organize and monitor all cleaning work in the guest rooms and public areas
• Lead the Floor Supervisors in daily business and ensure consistent compliance with our quality standards according to LQA, SDA and the internal ISO guidelines
• Plan and conduct department-relevant training, accompany the implementation of the content and take over the induction of new employees as well as the supervision of apprentices
• Create duty and holiday schedules, control time tracking in Eurotime and plan personnel deployment according to occupancy and the resulting costs
• Coordinate orders, maintain processes and documents in Consens, use Knowcross as a power user and ensure smooth cooperation with adjacent areas as well as the evening service

Your profile ##

You have completed training in hotel management and bring experience in a leading position in housekeeping in 4- or 5-star hotels. Additionally, you bring

• Further training as a Head of Housekeeping with a federal diploma is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a comparable position in upscale hotels
• Sound knowledge of operational housekeeping processes as well as proficiency in using Word, Excel and Outlook
• A structured, independent and responsible way of working as well as a strong eye for detail
• A high level of quality awareness, initiative, assertiveness, teamwork and flexibility
• Very good German and English skills for cooperation in an international environment as well as ideally other foreign languages
