Who we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Demi Chef de Partie, ready to become part of a young and dynamic brigade.

Main requirements:

Organization and hygiene: attention to order, cleanliness and compliance with HACCP standards.

Care for the dish: precision in preparation, cooking and plating, with particular attention to detail.

Previous experience: experience in professional kitchens and good knowledge of the main cooking techniques.

High altitude work: availability and motivation to work in an alpine context.

Team spirit: positive attitude, friendliness and ability to collaborate with colleagues.

Knowledge of German and/or English constitutes a preferential qualification.
