-Check-in and check-out as well as the warm care of our international and national guests within the framework of the LQA Standards
-Ensuring a consistently smooth service process at the reception
-Maintenance of the guest file, filing, archiving
-General tasks in the area of Guest Relations and answering incoming telephone calls
-Acceptance and professional processing of guest inquiries
-Working with our reservation system Opera Cloud
-Close cooperation with the reservations department
-Smooth, structured, and complete shift handover
-Compliance with hygiene, fire protection, and safety regulations

#yourqualifications
-You have completed training in the hotel and/or gastronomy industry, a degree at a recognized hotel management school, or an equivalent education
-You already have experience at the reception in upscale hotels
-You have very good knowledge of IT programs such as Opera as well as MS Office programs
-You are a competent, stress-tested, and eloquent personality with a confident appearance
-You enjoy taking responsibility and meet all conversation partners at eye level
-High flexibility and commitment are a matter of course for you
-You appreciate the advantages of working in shift service
-You speak fluent German and English, French as well as any other language is an advantage
-You have the desire and pioneering spirit to be part of a unique project
