In this versatile management role, you will holistically drive and develop the areas of Food & Beverage, Events, and Procurement, creating a coherent global experience for our guests. With your sensitivity to quality, trends, and economic issues, you combine gastronomic excellence, emotional event experiences, and effective sales impulses. You lead your team, manage internal and external stakeholders, and contribute significantly to revenue, brand strengthening, and sustainable success. ###

Your area of responsibility

• Global responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Food & Beverage, Procurement, and Events sectors for blue Cinema
• Direction of the sector including budgetary responsibility as well as the continuous optimization of processes in collaboration with regional managers
• Development of the F&B offering, assortments, and pricing structures with a focus on revenue, quality, and customer experience
• Responsibility for purchasing, supplier management, as well as the conclusion and management of service and maintenance contracts
• Design, marketing, and development of B2B and B2C events as well as implementation of sales promotion and training measures

Your profile

• Commercial training or hotel school with additional training in gastronomy / Food & Beverage (including G1 operating permit) or comparable training and experience
• Several years of professional experience in the gastronomy sector, ideally with in-depth back office knowledge
• Economic understanding as well as experience in process management and interrelations
• Good knowledge of relevant Swiss laws and hygiene rules in the field of gastronomy and cinema
• Very good German skills, both oral and written, as well as good knowledge of English
• Assured mastery of MS Office
• Pronounced communication and social skills combined with a strong capacity for negotiation and a service-oriented attitude
• Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit with a structured way of working, high stress resistance, and flexibility
• Team-oriented personality with the ability to actively promote collaboration and successfully connect different interest groups
