Area of responsibility ##

• Orderly storage of food
• Order and cleanliness in the Economat and in the Frigor
• Correct processing of goods according to the specifications of the station chef
• Cleaning work in compliance with the HACCP hygiene concept
• Preparation of the entire station Mise en Place
• Supplying and checking of goods deliveries
• Assistance with the setup and dismantling as well as supervision of buffets
• Assistance in the preparation of staff catering
• Participation in the design of the food selection in consultation with the head chef
• Ensuring the flow of information
