Pastry Chef (M/F) – Extra

Le Quartier LôDzé is looking for an extra Pastry Chef (M/F) to strengthen its teams.
We are looking for a motivated, creative and rigorous person, passionate about pastry and concerned with the quality, freshness and presentation of products.
Your missions:

• Prepare and make various pastries, desserts and other sweet creations under the supervision of the pastry chef.
• Make basic preparations: doughs, creams, biscuits, fillings and other pastry components.
• Ensure the plating, finishing and presentation of pastries according to the establishment's standards.
• Participate in the setup and organization of production according to needs.
• Ensure the freshness, quality and proper storage of products.
• Apply the recipes, procedures and instructions transmitted by the pastry chef.
• Participate in the management of raw materials and stock monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with the pastry chef and other team members.
• Rigorously apply hygiene and food safety rules, including HACCP standards.
• Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and the workspace.

Profile sought:

• Training in pastry or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in artisanal pastry, catering or hospitality is an asset.
• Mastery of basic pastry techniques.
• Creativity, precision and attention to detail.
• Sense of organization, autonomy and reliability.
• Ability to work in a team and follow the directives of the pastry chef.
• Sensitivity to product quality, presentation and freshness.
• Strict respect for HACCP hygiene and food safety rules.
• Flexibility and availability according to the needs of the establishment, including weekends and public holidays.
