Introduction

Tasks

• You take overall responsibility for the organization and management of the kitchen
• You develop seasonal menus and attractive offers with a focus on regional products
• You ensure a constantly high quality for all dishes and events
• You lead, promote, and further develop your kitchen team in daily operations
• You are responsible for calculations, food costs, purchasing, and budget compliance
• You continuously optimize processes and ensure compliance with all hygiene and quality standards

Profile

• You have completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ (m/f/d)
• You have leadership experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef in gastronomy
• You bring sound knowledge in à la carte cuisine as well as in the event sector
• You think economically and have experience in calculation and goods management
• You convince with organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and clear communication
• You bring creativity and follow culinary trends with interest and foresight
