Responsibilities ###

• Assist the chef in the preparation and creation of dishes.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities in the absence of the chef.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of the dishes served.
• Participate in stock management and supply control.
• Respect hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to guarantee an exceptional culinary experience.

Qualifications ###

• Training in cuisine or equivalent experience.
• Passion for cooking and culinary creativity.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
