Cook

The employer is looking for two:

Cook (reported profession)

Tasks:

• preparation and production of meals for the various customer segments (congressional, banquets, events, reviews and à la carte)
• assistance in managing the self-control system (HACCP manual)
• assistance in the field of reviews, events and seminars
• control of order and hygiene in all sectors; kitchen, storeroom, fridge etc.
• cleaning and tidying of the premises and kitchen spaces, utensils, tableware, systems, etc.

Requirements:

• training as a Cook with AFC
• previous experience of at least 3 years
• ability to work independently
• availability to work on public holidays and Sundays
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• having own vehicle

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• 100% occupation
• employment from 01.11.2026, fixed-term until 31.03.2027
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector
