Sous Chef 100% (m/f/d) in a versatile banquet and à la carte operation

Introduction

A key position in the kitchen is being filled for a versatile gastronomy operation with restaurant operations and a large event and banquet business. The environment combines à la carte cuisine with events of various dimensions and high quality standards. We are looking for a committed personality who takes responsibility and actively helps shape the culinary offering.

Tasks

• You take on a central role in kitchen organization and, together with the kitchen management, ensure smooth operations
• You actively develop the culinary offering and bring new ideas and trends into the kitchen line
• You work operationally in daily business as well as at banquets and ensure constantly high quality
• You lead the team in everyday life, support apprentices, and strengthen cooperation in the kitchen
• You ensure that all production processes are implemented efficiently and cleanly
• You monitor compliance with hygiene and quality standards and implement them consistently

Profile

• You have completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ (m/f/d)
• You have experience in a comparable position or are ready for the next step
• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You bring a strong understanding of quality and enjoyment of creative cuisine
• You take responsibility and actively think along in everyday kitchen life
• You have good German skills for clear communication
