For an establishment active in the field of health, medicine, alternative sciences and social services in the Fribourg region, we are looking for a motivated and rigorous cook CFC. The position is part of an environment where nutritional quality, hygiene and respect for the specific diets of patients and residents occupy a central place. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a catering offer adapted to the needs of the clientele, taking into account the directives of the medical corps and organizational constraints. This function requires a pronounced sense of responsibility, great autonomy as well as a capacity to work in a regulated framework specific to the health sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals respecting quality and safety standards
• Adapt recipes according to the dietary restrictions of clients
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Participate in stock management and the ordering of necessary ingredients

Profile

• Cook CFC or training deemed equivalent
• Previous experience as a cook in a professional environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team
• Flexibility to adapt working hours, including weekends
• Resident in Switzerland
