Your tasks ##

• Independent planning, preparation, and cooking of dishes in the hot kitchen, especially as Entremetier as well as for cold and hot free-flow buffets
• Flexible deployment at various kitchen stations and active support of the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Organization of your own station including Mise en Place as well as ensuring a constantly high quality in the preparation, presentation, and service of the dishes
• Technical guidance and support of kitchen employees and apprentices in daily kitchen operations
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards including the prescribed cleaning work according to the hygiene plan

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 06.00-15.00 or 07.00-16.00; occasional evening shifts during events by arrangement.

Your profile ##

• Completed vocational training as Koch/Köchin EFZ
• Several years of practical professional experience in a professional kitchen
• Sound knowledge of vegetarian and vegan cuisine as well as enjoyment in preparing varied and high-quality dishes
• Independent, flexible, and quality-conscious way of working as well as the willingness to take on responsibility at different kitchen stations
• Strong service and customer orientation, team spirit, and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as a valid driving license category B
