Sous Chef 100% (m/f/d) Contract Catering in Day Shift

Introduction

A key position in the kitchen is being filled for a highly frequented gastronomy business in the transit area, working exclusively in day shifts. The business stands for efficient processes, constant quality, and clearly structured daily operations. We are looking for a resilient personality with leadership competence and confidence in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

You support the kitchen management in the organization and ensuring of smooth daily operations
You work operatively at the stove and ensure a constantly high quality in production
You lead the kitchen team in everyday life and coordinate the processes during service times
You ensure efficient mise-en-place as well as clear work processes
You monitor compliance with hygiene and quality standards in the entire kitchen area
You support goods management and ensure structured warehouse management

Profile

You have completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ (m/f/d)
You have experience in a comparable function or are ready for the next step
You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even at high frequency
You are resilient, reliable, and take on responsibility in daily operations
You have good German skills for clear communication within the team

You are mobile and have your own vehicle to reach the workplace or are open to accommodation on-site
