Sushi Chef - Seven Ristorante Lugano

Tasks:

• guarantee professional and efficient work in the Sushi department
• organization of one's own Sushi station
• production and control of the mise en place
• maintenance and control of HACCP standards
• delicate processing of food supplies, respect for costs
• preparation and control of dishes
• taking delivery, control, and storage of food supplies
• quality control of food supplies
• correct and precise implementation of recipes and instructions from superiors
• independently taking care of daily cleaning and small maintenance tasks
• if necessary, flexibility to work in the other premises of the Seven Group

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector of at least 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• with own vehicle
