Job Description

As Head Chef, you play a central role in developing the culinary identity and the à la carte offering of the public restaurant. You guarantee the taste, nutritional, and visual quality of the plates, while developing homemade, creative, and balanced cuisine, integrating the principles of health and chrono-nutrition. In close collaboration with medical and dietary teams, you adapt the offering to different dietary regimes and specific needs related to patient pathologies.

You supervise, unite, and support a team of approximately 12 employees, promoting their development and daily involvement. You actively participate in the reorganization of production and support the teams through the various stages of change. You are also responsible for managing purchases, stocks, inventories, costs, and the budget, while ensuring the preparation and monitoring of technical sheets as well as key performance indicators.

Finally, you contribute to the development of short supply chains, the reduction of food waste, and the continuous improvement of kitchen practices. Your involvement also contributes to obtaining quality labels and the prestige of the establishment.

Profile sought
-----------------

You hold a degree in culinary arts, cooking, or equivalent training and have at least 7 years of experience in catering, including a minimum of 2 years in a Head Chef position. You benefit from solid knowledge in traditional or bistronomic catering and have already supervised a team of at least 5 to 6 employees.

Comfortable with the operational and administrative aspects of the profession, you master stock management, inventories, and budgets, as well as the preparation of technical sheets and the monitoring of performance indicators. Your sensitivity to themes related to nutrition, health, and well-being constitutes a real asset for this position.
