Chef de partie

The employer is looking for a:

Chef de partie (reported profession)

Tasks:

• the preparation of fresh cuisine
• independent organization and coordination of daily, weekly and monthly tasks
• collaboration with other departments / daily mise en place including daily quality control to - ensure maximum satisfaction, sustainable food management is obvious to you
• support in menu planning together with the chef de cuisine
• economic management of food and compliance with hygienic and food standards according to the HACCP concept
• pastry/dessert mise en place
• mise en place for breakfast and dinner
• preparation and setup work

Requirements:

• qualification as a Cook
• progressive experience in a similar position from 1 - 3 years
• reliability and a high degree of responsibility
• organizational skills, working independently and cleanly
• ability to work in a team and communication skills
• flexible and ready for action
• knowledge of HACCP regulations
• good knowledge of the Italian language, German is an advantage
• preparation and setup work
• managing a station in the kitchen alone
• driving license cat.B
• with own vehicle

• employment at 100 %
• employment from 19.03.2027, fixed term until 31.10.2027
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
