Tasks:

• Independent preparation and attractive presentation of hot and cold dishes
• Participation in menu planning as well as the development of seasonal offers
• Ensuring a smooth kitchen workflow
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
• Professional storage and processing of food
• Control of goods quality as well as support with orders and incoming goods
• Co-responsibility for order, cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

Profile:

• Completed training as Koch EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in gastronomy or hotel industry is an advantage
• Passion for fresh, high-quality cuisine
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
