Introduction

For a catering company, we are looking for a Head Chef (m/f/d) Catering & Events (80-100 %) starting December 1st or by arrangement

Tasks

• Leadership and further development of the kitchen team
• Responsibility for the entire catering kitchen
• Development and planning of creative menus for events and functions
• Calculation, budgeting and economic management of the kitchen area
• Planning, organization and implementation of caterings and large-scale events
• Optimization of workflows and processes
• Active cooperation in production as well as at events on-site
• Responsibility for quality, organization and culinary concepts

Profile

• Completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the professional kitchen
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and economic understanding
• Organizational strength and initiative
• Creative personality with a passion for culinary arts
• Clear and open communication
• Driver's license Category B
• Willingness to drive small buses
