Chef de Cuisine 100% (m/f/d) for a traditional rural hotel

Introduction

A dedicated kitchen management professional is being sought for a versatile gastronomy operation with a hotel restaurant, half-board offering, and banquet business.
The position combines operational presence in the kitchen with strategic responsibility for offerings, quality, and team leadership.
We are looking for a personality who successfully combines enjoyment, organization, and leadership.

Tasks

• You lead a kitchen team of around 10 employees and ensure motivating as well as professional structures
• You are responsible for the culinary direction in the areas of half-board, à la carte, and events
• You develop seasonal menus and attractive offers that inspire guests and convince economically
• You manage purchasing, calculation, goods management, and warehousing with a clear focus on profitability
• You take over the administrative management of the kitchen area and continuously optimize processes further
• You work actively within the operation and ensure a constantly high quality in all areas

Profile

• You have completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ (m/f/d)
• You have several years of leadership experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef
• You bring experience in the hotel industry as well as in the à la carte, half-board, and banquet sectors
• You have business understanding and experience in calculation and goods management
• You work in an organized, decisive manner and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You convince through leadership strength, quality awareness, and a strong hands-on mentality
