Chinese Specialty Chef (m/f/d)

Start date: Immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Preparation of authentic Chinese specialties
• Independent preparation and processing of meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients
• Preparation of wok dishes and various Chinese specialties
• Implementation of traditional Chinese cooking techniques
• Ensuring a constantly high quality and appealing presentation of the dishes
• Organization and preparation of the daily kitchen workflow
• Compliance with legal hygiene and food regulations
• Collaboration in a professional kitchen team

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience as a chef, preferably in Chinese specialty cuisine
• Sound knowledge of traditional Chinese cuisine
• Good practical knowledge in the preparation of wok dishes
• Experience in a professional restaurant kitchen
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Resilience and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of food hygiene
• German language skills are an advantage
