Leadership tasks:

• Active guest care
• Leadership, promotion, and targeted training of employees
• Conducting service briefings
• Compliance with standards and workflows
• Participation in the daily briefing (in the absence of the supervisor)
• Monitoring cleanliness, order, and condition of the restaurant
• Handling complaints and forwarding them to supervisors and management

Technical tasks:

• Active sales and advice to guests
• Implementation and further development of internal standards in the restaurant
• Ensuring the internal communication flow
• Constant overview or monitoring of efficient cost management (efficient employee deployment planning)
• Increasing productivity in the restaurant
• Targeted optimization of guest satisfaction
• Adherence to workflows according to the manual

You have

• a completed vocational training as a Restaurationsfachmann/-fachfrau EFZ
• several years of leadership experience in upscale hospitality, ideally in the half-board sector as well as in the à la carte restaurant
• sound knowledge of wine, beverages, and spirits
• a structured, careful, and quality-conscious way of working with high standards for excellence
• pronounced technical expertise as well as passion for first-class service
• high guest and service orientation
• organizational talent with an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• a confident and well-groomed appearance and stylish manners
• very good language skills in German as well as good foreign language skills in English and French
