• Preparation and production of meals according to the current daily menu plan
• Ensuring smooth processes during operating hours
• Organization and implementation of the offering concept as well as goods calculation
• Co-responsible for ordering and stock management
• Execution and supervision of exclusive evening events and caterings
• You are co-responsible for the training and transfer of information to new employees
• Monthly inventory
• You assist with plating at the menu station and are responsible for meal distribution during lunch service
• You ensure that all guests receive impeccable service at all points of sale
• You ensure the quality of the food, pay attention to compliance with HACCP guidelines, cleanliness and order in the kitchen
• You communicate exemplarily and confidently with guests in German and in English

Desired Profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Chef (EFZ degree)
• Several years of professional experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Advantageously experience in a large-scale business, system gastronomy/communal catering and in the catering sector
• Organized, independent and responsible
• Well-groomed and friendly appearance
• Stylish German and English language skills
• Time and Task Management and resilience is essential
• Class B driver's license
