At La Culina in Bad Ragaz, we love good food, creative ideas, and special
events. As a family-run company, we offer catering ranging from exclusive
dinners to large-scale events with several thousand guests.

We are not looking for pure kitchen management, but for a personality who thinks ahead,
co-decides, and helps shape things.

Your playground

• Lead our catering kitchen and inspire the team
• Develop creative menus and plan events culinarily
• Calculate, budget, and act economically
• Optimize processes, contribute ideas, and take responsibility
• Stand at the stove yourself and pitch in during caterings

What you bring with you

• Passion for cooking and experience in a professional kitchen
• Leadership competence and entrepreneurial thinking
• Organizational talent, initiative, and clear communication
• Driver's license Cat. B and willingness to drive minibuses

What is different with us:

• No daily à la carte service. No classic restaurant daily routine.
• Instead, diverse events, creative freedoms, and real responsibility.
• On preparation days, we usually work from 7.30 to 17.00. On event days, evening and weekend shifts as well as partial hourly shifts are also possible.
• Company holidays between Christmas and New Year. Rest day on Sun/Mon.
• We give you trust, freedom, and responsibility. You bring ideas, initiative, and passion.
