Our restaurant Coucou Sushi, located in Saxon, is looking for a talented and dynamic Head of Floor to strengthen and supervise our floor team.

📋 Your main missions

As Head of Floor, you are the guarantor of service excellence and customer satisfaction:

• Excellence of service: Ensure irreproachable floor service, advise customers with elegance, discretion and professionalism at every stage of the meal.
• Welcome & Advice: Warmly seat customers, present the menu, suggest our specialties and advise on food and drink pairings.
• Taking orders & Service: Take orders, ensure the service of dishes and drinks with rhythm and elegance.
• Coordination & Management: Supervise the floor team, work in perfect synergy with them and ensure fluid communication with the kitchen to guarantee perfect timing.
• Mise en place & Hygiene: Ensure the perfect setting of tables, the irreproachable cleanliness of equipment and the dining room before each service.

💪 Profile sought

• Experience: You have training in hospitality-catering and/or 5 years of successful experience in a similar position.
• Know-how: You perfectly master floor service techniques and team management.
• Soft skills: Smiling, dynamic, rigorous and endowed with a neat presentation. You have a sense of detail, excellent communication and a managerial team spirit.

🎁 What we offer you

• Contract type: 80 to 100% (indefinite duration)
• Work rhythm: Split shifts
• Days off: Closed on Sunday and Monday (2 consecutive days)
• Salary: To be agreed according to profile and experience
