In this elegant 4-star hotel with 24 rooms, we pamper our guests with traditional Swiss cuisine in the LÖWENSTOBE (50 seats) and create unforgettable experiences in the Löwensaal for events. The spacious outdoor area offers space for up to 80 guests and creates a perfect location for enjoyment.

HUUS QUELL
In the year 2025, we opened our luxurious 5-star superior hotel HUUS QUELL with 30 rooms and suites. Since then, our guests have enjoyed not only the unique RESTAURANT QUELL with a sharing concept, but also an impressive wellness and treatment area in the QUELL SPA on over 2,200 m² as well as the stylish BOTANICUM BAR.

Your profile

• Completed training in the commercial, hotel, tourism, or comparable field
• Experience at a hotel, spa, or wellness reception
• Distinctive host personality with joy in personal guest contact
• Confident and professional appearance as well as high service and advisory competence
• Organizational talent and a structured, independent way of working
• Confident handling of booking and cash systems as well as common MS Office applications
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing (level B2-C1), further language skills are an advantage
• High quality awareness as well as joy in offering our guests a special spa experience

Your tasks

• Warm welcome and professional care of our spa and hotel guests
• Advising our guests on spa offers, treatments, applications, and wellness services
• Active sales and the competent recommendation of treatments, packages, and spa products
• Acceptance, coordination, and processing of spa and treatment reservations
• Organization of daily spa operations as well as coordination of treatment rooms and therapists
• Ensuring smooth processes in the entire spa and reception area
• Care of guests before, during, and after their spa stay
• Maintenance and updating of guest data as well as booking and reservation systems
• Support in the planning and implementation of spa offers, promotions, and beauty rituals
• Ensuring our high service, quality, and hygiene standards
• Cash management, invoicing, and execution of daily closures
• Close cooperation with the areas of Front Office, Housekeeping, Gastronomy, and Spa
