Your tasks ##

In daily service, you manage your own station independently and create culinary experiences.

• Caring for guests from reception to farewell, including taking orders and guiding guests
• Ensuring professional food and beverage service at Michelin level according to standards
• Close and ongoing coordination with the kitchen during service
• Guest billing in your own station
• Preparation of the mise en place for a smooth service process

Your profile ##

We are looking for a service-oriented personality with development potential and a passion for quality.

• Professional experience in gastronomy or the service environment
• Willingness to further develop technical knowledge in food and beverage service
• Independent and structured way of working
• Host personality with team orientation
• Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist is an advantage
• Good German and English skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
