Your tasks:

• Operational and business management of the self-service area in the Free-Flow Restaurant.
• Leadership, development, and planning of approx. 5-8 employees.
• Active participation at the cash desk, at the buffet, and at the bar.
• Ensuring an appealing sales and dining area.
• Competent handling of complaints and special guest requests, even when they are challenging.
• Daily quality and standard controls.
• Active contribution of improvements.
• Continuous further development of the gastronomy offerings to meet changing guest needs.

Your profile:

• Strong stress resistance and the ability to act calmly and deliberately in hectic times.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy to respond appropriately to guests even in difficult situations.
• Organizational skill and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing sight of quality.
• Resilience, flexibility, and the willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Leadership experience and foreign language skills are an advantage.
• Host qualities with high customer orientation.
