The Wohnzentrum Frankental offers a home to 41 people with neurological diseases, brain injuries as well as with cognitive and/or physical impairments and/or psychosocial abnormalities.

To complement our team, we are looking for a committed personality starting December 1, 2026, or by arrangement as a

Cook EFZ (100%)

Your area of responsibility

• Daily preparation of seasonal meals incl. special diets (approx. 80 persons) in compliance with HACCP guidelines
• Setting up and clearing away the lunch buffet (30 - 40 persons) as well as service during lunch
• Cleaning, care and maintenance of work equipment and infrastructure in the kitchen and in the meeting room
• Ordering, goods receipt as well as storage of food and materials
• Issuing internal food orders to residential groups and employment and activation
• Weekend service with responsibility for the preparation and cooking as well as distribution of meals
• Pre-preparation and preparation of catering for events
• Assistance in the guidance and supervision of our apprentice

Your personality

• Completed training as Cook EFZ
• At least three years of experience in classical gastronomy
• Experience in the area of diet kitchen is an advantage
• Advantageous: recognized vocational trainer certificate (master trainer course) or the willingness to complete it
• Team-oriented and quality-conscious way of working
• Humorous, empathetic and proactive personality
• Flexibility also for weekend services
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
