Der Kundelfingerhof is a versatile gastronomy business with a restaurant, banquet, and event area. As a traditional business, we combine gastronomy, regional products, and special occasions in an extraordinary location.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement.

In this versatile function, you will take over the operational management of our gastronomic area and contribute significantly to the further development of the business.

• Overall responsibility for the operational processes of restaurant, banquet, and events
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the entire team
• Ensuring professional and warm guest service
• Active sales and personal care of our guests
• Planning and execution of banquets, functions, and events
• Creation of offers as well as advice and support for organizers
• Marketing and sales of our gastronomy offers
• Active participation in daily business.
• Responsibility for F&B, ordering, inventories, and price calculations
• Responsible for budget and economic objectives
• Recruitment and leadership of employees
• Ensuring our quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Responsible towards authorities (liquor license, safety officer)

Your profile:

You are an experienced hosting personality and know how to lead employees, inspire guests, and at the same time keep an eye on the economic goals of a gastronomy business.

You possess:

• Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position in gastronomy or hotel management
• Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management (ideally hotel management school)
• Strong team orientation
• Organizational talent and an independent, structured way of working
• High sense of responsibility and initiative
• Joy in direct guest contact and active sales
• Entrepreneurial thinking and economic understanding
• Confident, friendly, and professional appearance
• Ideally anchored in the Schaffhausen-Bodensee-Winterthur region
