Job Description

• Responsibility for the operational processes of the gastronomy, active participation in service
• Preparation of banquets and aperitifs
• Setting up and maintaining buffets, serving food to guests
• Assisting at the cash register during lunch
• Active presence in the guest area: You ensure enthusiasm, take over complaint management, and implement feedback constructively
• Administrative tasks, such as sending catering offers, sending and checking debtors and creditors
• Responsibility for the cleaning and hygiene concept according to HACCP
• Assistance with employee leadership and development

Desired Profile

• Completed vocational training in service and several years of experience in gastronomy, as well as in high-end gastronomy, as well as in the catering sector
