Slightly hidden among the old houses of the picturesque and idyllic Nägelihof district (probably one of the most beautiful courtyards in Zurich), our restaurant Mère Catherine with the bar Le Philosophe brings a touch of French charm and a Mediterranean ambiance to the Zurich Niederdorf.

Main tasks

• Cook all "à la carte" dishes and daily menus
• Prepare the mise en place
• Scrupulously respect the established recipes
• Help with the management of other stations
• Respect production rules and quality criteria
• Participate in daily as well as monthly meetings

Professional requirements

• Completed vocational training as a cook
• In-depth knowledge of classic and Swiss Mediterranean cuisine with a contemporary and creative interpretation.
• Enthusiasm for culinary trends
