Introduction

An experienced kitchen management professional is being sought for a versatile hotel operation with a restaurant, half board, and banquet business.
The position combines operational involvement, leadership of a well-coordinated team, as well as the economic management of the entire kitchen.
A personality is sought who embodies quality, creates structures, and further develops the kitchen with clear leadership.

Tasks

• You lead a kitchen team of around 10 employees and ensure efficient and professional processes
• You are responsible for the culinary production in the areas of half board, à la carte, and banquet business
• You further develop menus and offers and ensure a contemporary and market-oriented alignment
• You plan employee assignments and ensure optimal organization of the kitchen operation
• You are responsible for purchasing, goods management, calculations, and cost control
• You work operationally and ensure a constantly high quality in all areas

Profile

• You have completed training as a Koch / Köchin EFZ
• You have several years of leadership experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
• You bring experience in the hotel industry as well as in the à la carte and banquet sectors
• You work in a structured manner and have strong organizational talent
• You think economically and have experience in calculation and goods management
• You convince through leadership strength, resilience, and a high service orientation
