Kartause Ittingen is one of the leading seminar and cultural centers in Switzerland. Our guests have access to a hotel with 68 rooms, a restaurant and banquet area with around 1’000 seats, and 22 seminar rooms with up to 450 seats. In a unique historical setting, we offer an incomparable framework for diverse social events.
This challenge is what you are looking for:

• You are part of a kitchen team of around 25 people
• You actively participate in the design and preparation of a culinary high-quality and varied offering
• You take on responsibility and are flexibly deployable
• Passing on your knowledge to our apprentices
• You enjoy working in the à la carte area as well as in banqueting
• As a passionate cook, you enjoy processing and integrating many products from our own production – from the estate, from our own butchery, creamery, nursery and from our fish farm

What you bring with you:

• Training as a Cook EFZ
• Professional experience in à la carte cuisine, ideally in a similar position
• Good German skills
• Enjoyment of fresh products (no convenience food)
• Good professional and social competence
• Team player with a sense of responsibility
