Capable of combining operational excellence, a sense of welcome and leadership. A true ambassador of the establishment, you ensure an active presence on the ground, in contact with customers, while driving and uniting your team on a daily basis. You take charge of the organization and management of the service, staff planning, cost monitoring, administrative tasks as well as the coordination of events. Your role is essential to guarantee the quality of services, customer satisfaction and the overall performance of the point of sale.

Profile sought

You have proven experience in a similar function, ideally as a maître d'hôtel or manager of a catering establishment. Comfortable both in operations and in management, you master the challenges of administrative management, planning and cost control. Your natural leadership, your sense of responsibility and your ability to make decisions allow you to manage a team with high standards and benevolence. You are available to work lunches, evenings and weekends. You are proficient in French and English and have a good knowledge of the Lausanne and Vaud professional network, a real asset for developing relations and opportunities for the establishment.
