Assistant(e) F&B Manager at 80%, CDI

YOUR MISSION :

Reporting to the Gastronomy Manager, you ensure administrative follow-up and operational coordination between the restaurants, suppliers, and internal services. You contribute to the availability of goods and equipment necessary for the teams.

• Ensure the follow-up of orders, deliveries, and stocks; control goods and handle discrepancies with the teams and suppliers.
• Maintain tracking tables, purchase orders, and supplier data, and participate in budget monitoring.
• Coordinate technical interventions and preventive maintenance of equipment with the relevant services, then follow up on their implementation.
• Centralize the needs of the restaurants, transmit priorities to the Gastronomy Manager, and ensure the follow-up of requests.
• Organize the logistics of events with the teams: equipment, products, and necessary resources.
• Contribute to the improvement of procedures and the efficient use of resources, in compliance with quality standards and safety and environmental rules.
• Occasionally provide support to the teams on the ground to ensure service continuity.

YOUR PROFILE :

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent administrative training.
• Administrative experience, complemented by experience in catering.
• Good mastery of Excel and Word, ease with tracking tables and numerical data.
• Rigor, sense of organization, and ability to manage multiple requests independently.
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a taste for work alternating between administration and presence on the ground.
