As a subsidiary of the brewery Burgdorfer Gasthausbrauerei AG, we value the beer culture at Burgdorfer Schützenhaus AG. In addition to a varied and diverse selection of beers, this traditional establishment is particularly distinguished by a creative and innovative cuisine focused on pleasure (of beer).

The Schützenhaus has two large terraces, a large event hall, a restaurant room with bar, a dining room ("Saloon"), a vaulted cellar and a total of 400 seats.

We are looking for someone immediately or by agreement

Assistant to the Head Chef 80-100%

You bring

• A completed professional training
• Several years of professional experience
• Knowledge in goods management and cost calculation is desirable
• Innovative ideas and an implementation spirit
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working

Your tasks are

• Overall delegated responsibility for the kitchen
• Autonomous activity at all kitchen stations
• Preparation of classic and innovative dishes with a constantly high level of quality
• Participation in the planning and calculation of the offer
• Coordination of orders and storage of fresh products
• Control of goods consumption
• Carrying out inventories and cost controls
• Compliance with prescribed hygiene and quality standards
