Operations Manager Restoration (a)

Introduction

For our gastronomy operation in Solothurn, we are looking for a dedicated person as Operations Manager Restoration (a). In this responsible position, you will take over the management and organization of our gastronomy area. You are the central contact person for our team and our guests and ensure a smooth interplay of all processes to meet our high quality standards. With your experience and expertise, you will contribute significantly to the further development and optimization of our restaurant and ensure that our guests can always enjoy a unique experience.

Tasks

• Ensuring smooth operational processes and high customer satisfaction.
• Planning and conducting staff and operational meetings.
• Controlling inventory levels and ordering necessary materials.
• Adhering to and monitoring hygiene and safety standards.
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase visitor numbers.

Profile

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a leadership position in gastronomy.
• High commitment and flexibility.
• Conscientious and independent way of working.
