Your main tasks:
o Warm reception and attentive care of our guests – from greeting to farewell
o Independent management of your own service station in the restaurant and on the terrace
o Expert advice on our food and beverage selection as well as suitable wine recommendations
o Active sale of our seasonal specialties and daily recommendations
o Professional food and beverage service in à la carte business as well as at banquets and special occasions
o Careful recording and forwarding of orders, guest wishes and information on allergies and intolerances
o Operation of the cash register system, correct collection of payments and accounting of your own station
o Preparation of the service area, creation of the mise en place and attractive setting of the tables
o Close cooperation with the kitchen and management for a well-coordinated service process
o Shared responsibility for order, cleanliness and compliance with our hygiene and quality standards

Your profile
o Completed training as Restaurant Specialist EFZ or an equivalent training in service
o Passion for your profession and a sure sense for the wishes of our guests
o Good specialist knowledge in food and beverage service as well as interest in wine
o Reliable and proactive way of working
o A warm, well-groomed and communicative personality with good manners
o Team spirit and the willingness to support each other in a small team
o Resilience and the ability to remain friendly and organized even when the terrace is full
o Very good oral German skills; other languages are an advantage
o Independent working
o Joy in taking on responsibility
o Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays according to the duty roster
