• Acting as deputy to the Restaurant Manager in their absence
• Conducting shift briefings and team meetings
• Ensuring the smooth running of restaurant operations, including the preparation of daily accounts
• Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction through excellent service and professional complaint handling
• Assisting with major events
• Supporting the recruitment, induction and training of new staff
• Optimising sales figures using key performance indicators and sales reports
• Assisting with budget preparation

• Completed training in the catering industry and several years- experience in a similar role
• Ability to lead, motivate and guide staff
• Act as a role model in day-to-day operations
• Confident, charming and well-presented manner
• Assertiveness combined with a team- and service-oriented approach
• A flexible, communicative personality with a strong focus on quality
• Ability to work as part of a team, independence and organisational skills
• Knowledge of Lightspeed, Aleno and Mirus would be an advantage
• Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
