In close collaboration with the Chef de cuisine, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the service and the organization of the dining room. You will ensure that our clientele receives a warm welcome and professional service. Your missions will include the coordination of the dining room team, the setting up of the restaurant, taking orders, service and billing. You will also participate actively in the service and ensure the maintenance of a welcoming and neat setting.

Good knowledge in the field of wines, allowing you to advise our clientele, would be a real asset.
