Your area of responsibility: ###

• During your two-year apprenticeship, you will gain practical experience in the exciting gastronomy of See-Spital.
• You will actively work in the large-scale kitchen and assist in the preparation of hot and cold meals for patients, employees, and visitors.
• You will learn the basic techniques of the kitchen at the various stations: Entremetier, Saucier, Gardemanger, and Patisserie.
• In addition to the manual activities in the kitchen, you will learn the hygiene basics for food production.

Your profile: ###

• Secondary school diploma level B or C
• Enjoyment of working with food and cooking
• Physical resilience, as most of the work is done standing up.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Resilience even in hectic situations
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours and shifts
• Well-groomed appearance and high awareness of hygiene
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Openness to new things and willingness to learn
