Receptionist

Guest Care & Reception:

Carrying out warm, individual check-ins and check-outs.

Active care of international guests during their entire stay (fulfilling special requests, local recommendations).

Professional and empathetic complaint management directly at the reception (Service Recovery).

Operational Daily Business & Administration:

Invoicing, cash handling, bookings, and daily closings.

Structured shift and cash handovers including seamless passing on of guest-relevant information.

Close interface work and communication with the Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B, and Reservation departments.

Quality & Sales:

Adherence to and active embodiment of the internal five-star quality standards (SOPs).

Active use of up-selling potentials (higher room categories, hotel facilities, outlets).

Requirement Profile
Education & Professional Experience
Completed training in the hotel industry (e.g., hotel specialist) or a degree from a hotel management school.

Initial or several years of professional experience at the Front Office, ideally in luxury hotels (5-star segment) or upscale seasonal hotels.
